In 1986, the enterprise’s predecessor, Jizhou Special Rubber Factory, was founded in Zhoucun Town, Jizhou District (formerly Ji County), Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Rooted in the rubber industrial cluster of northern China, it embarked on the research, development and production of rubber products. In its early days, the factory focused on the research and development of special rubber accessories. With solid rubber formula technology and sophisticated craftsmanship, it gradually entered the roller supply sector for industries such as printing, textile and leather, accumulating early technical experience and customer resources, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent professional transformation. During that period, China’s industrial manufacturing industry developed rapidly, leading to a surging market demand for high-quality rollers. On June 29, 2001, to focus on its core roller business and enhance brand influence, the enterprise was officially renamed Jizhou Feilong Roller Factory. With Gu Changshun as its legal representative and a registered capital of 350,000 yuan, it became a professional roller manufacturer.
Production Capacity and Scale Expansion: Located in Gucao Industrial Zone, Zhoucun Town, the factory covers a land area of 6,600 square meters with a building area of 3,200 square meters. It is equipped with full-process workshops for rubber rolling, rubber coating, vulcanization, mechanical processing, iron core processing and polyurethane casting, owning 56 sets of production equipment. With total assets of 8 million yuan , it formed a large-scale and professional production system.

Gu Changshun remained as the legal representative, and the registered capital was adjusted from 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan in 2024. Inheriting the "Feilong" roller brand, the enterprise embarked on a new journey of development.
